Tiburcio (aka: Bor/Ibor) Quiambao Datu born on August 11, 1939 died peacefully on March 6, 2018 in his home town in Minalin, Pampanga, Philippines. He is 78 years old.
Ibor is the second eldest of six children of Pilar Quiambao and Ciriaco (Daku) Datu. He is the son of a fisherman in a small province and through hard work and dedication and a high school diploma, he became a business tycoon in Angeles City in the 70's. He owned 3 stores on Plaridel Street with then wife, Crisanta Malig (Bor's Variety Store, Bor's Dress Shop, and Bor's Ready To Wear). He was instrumental in bringing electricity and fresh well water in his small province in the 70s. He played basketball and tennis. He was active in the community and was a member of the Kayumangi Lions Club. He retired as a Professional Driver - he was a chosen personal chauffer for businessmen to their various destinations around Central Luzon.
He is survived by his 4 siblings (Toring Dimatulac, Liling Deang, Ben Datu, and Concha Ignacio), their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
He has a daughter (Joy) from his first marriage.
He has 6 children with Crisanta Malig, 14 granchildren, and 1 great grandchild who all live in the United States:
