Timothy Kevin Inman, 69, passed Thursday night, December 28, 2023. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and raised in Angola, Indiana by parents Dean E. and Marjorie J. (Mennewisch) Inman. Proceeding high school Timothy raised his beloved family in Auburn Indiana, then moved to Florida where he grew in his faith before returning to Indiana in 2021.
Tim attended Angola High School and studied at Ivy Tech State College where he earned his Associates of Allied Health Science in Design Technology. Known for his witty jokes and engineering brain, Tim had an uncanny ability to take apart, reconstruct and fix anything. He also had an innate ability to build anything from scratch. Tim loved strawberry ice cream and the companionship of animals. He enjoyed fishing, relaxing with a book and watching old westerns.
Tim is survived by his recent ex-wife Barbara Inman, ex-wife Penny Stroman and daughters, Rebecca Riggs, Amy Thomas, Charity (James) Catania, and five grandchildren; Breana (25) Makayla (24), Kaitlyn (17), Bryce (16) and Kyle (15). Sisters, Joyce (Philip) Murden, Margaret Inman and Julie Triftshauser. Brother Chris (Lisa) Inman; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Norton, brother, Brian Inman, brothers-in-law, Bruce Triftshauser and Mike Norton; sister-in-law, Georgia Inman; a niece, Laura Inman and a nephew, Jerry Robinette.
Tim was a passionate man, who did not know a stranger. He will be thoroughly missed for his entertaining stories and corny jokes. May he rest in eternal peace. A celebration of life will occur December 31, 2023, with close family members and friends.
