Timothy Wayne Nevel, age 56, of Harlan, IA passed away Aug.19, after a valiant battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Roxanne Nevel, and his ever so loved dog Missy. He is survived by many family members and countless friends.

Tim grew up in Harlan and attended Harlan Community High School. For many years Tim worked as a carpet installer at Flooring Solutions. Tim then took care of his Father at home until he passed and while doing so worked doing mechanical and handy man jobs until he got ill.

Tim loved to live life to the fullest. He had a passion for muscle cars and motorcycles and spent a great deal of his time working on them. When he wasn't working on cars he was a very avid movie watcher and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends. Tim was a warrior throughout his life and he fought hard to the very end. He will be forever be loved and forever remembered.

No services will take place, as Tim requested, but there will be a gathering for friends and also one for family at a later date. We do appreciate your love and support at this time.
