Tobias Fort Jarrett Simon was an old man with a vivacious spirit and a cuddles for days. Born on November 20, 2016 in Rockford, Illinois, given to his forever family a few months before his first (7th birthday) his nickname “Toby” in which he hated and refused to obey until his government was used, Tobias brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. His love for life and curiosity about the world around him were evident in everything he did. Whether playing with his favorite toys or cuddling with those he loved the most or his fav exploring the outdoors, Tobias always approached each day with a sense of wonder and enthusiasm. Though his time with us was far too short, Tobias leaves behind a legacy of love and happiness that will never be forgotten.
