Life Reflections
Todd Leslie King was born on April 23, 1963 to the union of James and Joyce King in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He moved to Myrtle. Mississippi with his family as a teenager.
He attended Harrity Elementary and Wagner Ir. High Schools in Philadelphia, PA. Once he moved to Mississippi, he finished his education by attending Job Corp and became an OTR (Over the Road) Driver, a career he loved until his health failed.
He started professing his love of Christ a few years ago when he joined Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, New Albany, MS. He was a member until he made his transition on April 29, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his father; James King, his mother; Joyce King, two brothers; Terry Andrews and Wayne Jackson, a sister; Felicia King.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sons; Orlando King (Janiya) of Corinth, MS, and Darius King of Detroit, MI, one daughter; Jacqueline King of New Albany, MS, seven grandchildren, four brothers; Reginald King (Cynthia) of Jacksonville, NC. Dwight King of District Heights, MD, Kerwin King (Pam) of Melrose Park, PA, and Glenn King of Philadelphia, PA, three sisters; Jimmy Lee King Dendy of Perkiomenville, PA, Rosa King and Loree Barrett both of Philadelphia, PA, a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
