We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Tommie Thacker, who was born on May 26, 1936, in Nacogdoches, Texas, United States, to Jack and Ada Tubbe. Tommie passed away on September 15, 2023, leaving behind a loving family and community. She was proceeded in death by her parents , husband Lenard Thacker, daughter Elizabeth and son Robert.

Tommie is survived by one child, Ronal Lynn Thacker . She also left behind one cherished grandchild. Tommie was a devoted parent and grandparent, always putting her family first.

Tommie attended Woden high school and had a passion for cake baking, crafting and doll making. She brought joy to many through her creative talents.

Although Tommie may be no longer with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, dear Tommie Thacker.
