Tommy Washington, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on September 23, 2024 in Lewisville, Texas. He was born on January 1, 1948, to Jeff Washington and Lucille Thornton-Washington.

Tommy leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family. He is survived by his three children: Dwayne Washington, Shirka Washington, and Tonya Davis. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren Diamond Washington, Breanda Johnson, Rashad Washington, Shalexia Williams, and V'shanti Washington. He leaves behind a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Tommy grew up in Vicksburg, Ms where he attended Rosa A Temple High School. He was a dedicated student and excelled academically.

After school, Tommy went on to have a successful career in welding . He was known for his hard work ethic, integrity, and kindness towards others.

Tommy will be remembered for his infectious smile, warm personality, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
