Toribio "Toby" Rogelio Martinez III, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at his home in Sapello.He was born on Sept. 6, 1982 in Las Vegas to Toribio "Toby" Martinez and Donna Varela-Martinez.He was a wonderful father to his beautiful twin girls. He loved being outdoors, camping, riding his bike with his friends and horse "Poco Bold."He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Toribio Martinez and Roger Martinez; great-grandparents, Raymond and Josephine Varela and step-grandfather, Pete Gallegos.He is survived by his wife, Noemi Jauregui; his twin daughters, Hannah and Madsyn of the family home; his parents, Toby and Donna Martinez; sisters: Amanda Martinez, Mary Ortega and husband Brian Ortega, Sophie Martinez and husband Casey Encinias all from Sapello, and Janet Fernandez and (Chris Coca) of Cimmaron; brothers-in-law: Manuel, Juan, and Miguel Jauregui; sister-in-law: Victoria Jaurequi. He is also survived by his uncles and aunts, Roger Martinez and wife Michelle; Sandra Coca and husband Steve, Mary Louise Gallegos and husband Tim, Domingo Martinez and wife Charlene, Elizabeth Martinez and Dino Martinez; step-mom, Ofelia Martinez; mother and father-in-law, Manuel and Lilly Jauregui; grandmas, JoAnn Gallegos and Valeria Martinez of Las Vegas; godparents, Carla Jaramillo, Roger Martinez and Sandra Coca; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.Rosary services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father Douglas Mitchell as celebrant. Interment will follow at Martinez Family Cemetery on the Martinez Ranch in La Tegua, N.M. with the following serving as casket bearers: Salvador "Sal" Ulibarri, Adrian Sanchez, Robert Sanchez, Anthony Lujan, Mario Encinias, Pete Martinez, Andrew Romero and Michael Padilla.
