JAMESTOWN — Travis Roy Arrasmith, 45, passed away on 24 February 2015 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. He is survived by his children Megan, Tyler, and Trevor; his parents Richard and Jennie Arrasmith; his Grandma Bobbie; siblings Chip(Romona) Arrasmith, Melinda(Bryan) Estep, Jolene(Sean) Fretenborough as well as aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends he considered family. Travis was born on January 2, 1970 in Dayton, OH. He graduated from Greeneview High School in 1989. After graduation he enlisted into the Air Force where his first assignment was at Barksdale AFB, Shreveport, LA. He was later re-assigned to Osan, AFB, Republic of Korea then moved to McDill AFB, Tampa, FL. He finished his Air Force career at Charleston AFB, Charleston, SC. Travis was first married to Crystal Day in July 1990. They had their beautiful daughter, Megan Jean in August 1991. Travis then remarried in January 1998 to Peggy Bousquet. The couple had two handsome sons; Tyler Roy born December 2002 and Trevor Francis born in August 2004. Travis lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed playing golf, softball, and soccer which lead him to coaching youth soccer. He also enjoyed Country dancing and was happiest when spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Dallas Cowboy fan. He got to see his beloved Buckeyes beat The Alabama Crimson Tide and The Oregon Ducks for the National title. He loved his family and friends more than he loved himself and he will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial fund to support his children, Benefit of Travis Arrasmith, Eglin Federal Credit Union, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Services honoring his memory will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 113 Racetrack Road NE, Fort Walton Beach, Fl. A burial will take place on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Fl.
