I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. I have also lost several close friends and loved ones to cancer. It truly is a terrible illness. I hope that the Bible's promise at Revelation 21:3, 4 will bring you comfort and hope during this difficult time. God promises that in the very near future he will wipe out all causes of pain and suffering, including sickness and death. At that time we also have the hope of being reunited with our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. (John 5:28, 29) We can be sure these promises will come true because they come from God, who cannot lie. I hope meditating on these wonderful promises will bring you some comfort, as they have comforted me in the past. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.

Troy like many others has died too soon. Every one who knows Troy is keenly aware of that. So what can be said that makes a difference now? Our Father, Jehovah, in his word the Bible tells us how Troy is guaranteed life again here with us. The word at John 5:28&29; leave no doubt because it says that all those in memorial tombs and graves will come out. Yes all including Troy. Like Lazarus, he will open his eyes to a world of peace and enjoy his loved ones again. People pray the model prayer, the Lords Prayer, asking for Gods will to be done here on the earth as it is in heaven and his kingdom to come. One of the aspects of that kingdom will be to wake Troy up. It will be a wonderful day to look forward to.
