Tsuyako "Lily" F. Mann, 86, was born on July 5, 1926, in Okayama-Ken, Japan. She died on October 11, 2012.She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Orison "OJ" Mann; children, Orison "Orie" (Paula) Mann Jr., Catherine Bower, and James Mann; grandchildren, Tanie Underwood, Candace (Larry) Knowlton, Brent Bower, Kristina and Nicolle Mann, as well as seven great-grandchildren. A special thank you to Larinda Bowen. Burial will be at a later date at Miramar National Cemetery.
