We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Twila Meehan, who left us on November 17, 2024, at the age of 79. Twila was born on March 1, 1945, in Franklin, Pennsylvania, to her loving parents Joseph and Margaret Socha.

Twila is survived by her partner Larry Meehan and their three children: Mary, Kelly with spouse Bryon Lancaster, and Paul with spouse Jackie. She was also a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren.

Twila had a fulfilling career in nursing, retiring in 2000 to enjoy her many hobbies. She loved playing Bingo, fishing, painting, writing, reading, and dancing. Her zest for life and infectious laughter brought joy to all who knew her.

Twila will be remembered for her kind heart, adventurous spirit, and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.

Twila's passing was a result of natural causes. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her honor.
