Tyrus MillerTy "The Barber" MillerProvidence - Tyrus Joel Miller - as a result of injuries sustained in a tragic automobile accident, Ty (29) passed away November 10, 2014 at home in Providence, Utah surrounded by his loving family. Ty was born on July 3, 1985 to Patrick Joel and Silvia Rodriguez Miller.Ty grew up with his brother Zak in Cache Valley and New Mexico. They lived life to its fullest and are not only brothers but best friends. Ty and Zak were larger than life. Their adventures will now continue as they are reunited for the eternities. Ty attended Cache High and Utah State University. He did an internship in barbering at Studio 170 Salon and Spa and was proud to pass the tests required by the State of Utah to be a barber. Ty loved his new trade. When you received a cut from Ty it was not just a haircut, but a masterpiece. Ty was into the music scene, was the biggest fan of the Dallas Cowboys and supported local MMA fighters. Ty worked with his father in the construction trade and was a friend to all he worked with. Everyone who knew Ty felt like they were his best friend.Ty's life was enriched by the birth of his daughters. Nina Coco-Estelle Miller, and Roman Ila Miller. From the very beginning, Ty treated Sarah's children Andre Hernandez and Lily Ana Hernandez as his own. Sarah was the love of Ty's life and these four children were the light of his life. Ty embraced Jon and Katherine as family and Scott and Harriett Reid as Grandpa and Grandma to his children.Ty is survived by Sarah, their four children, his parents, Pat (Laura) Miller, Silvia Rodriguez, Grandma and Grandpa Miller, Grandma and Grandpa Rodriguez, step-mother Nikki Long, brothers and sisters, Jason, Shantel, Kelli, Cheyenne, Madelyn, Brittney, Taylor, Lindsey, Erich, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his brother Izak Patrick Miller.Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Nyman Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Providence 12th Ward chapel located at 180 S. 485 West Providence, Utah. Visitations will be at the same address Friday, November 14, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and prior to the service 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Saturday November 15. Interment will be in the Franklin Idaho cemetery.
