Unathi Gcingca, born on December 2, 1979, passed away on April 12, 2024, in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Unathi was the beloved child of Lubabalo and Nondumiso Gcingca. Unathi leaves behind a loving child, Ntombie Gcingca, who was a graduate of Rubusana Senior Secondary School in 1996 and went on to further their education at Fort Hare University, graduating in 2013. Ntombie worked as a Call Center Supervisor at Cell C.

Unathi had a passion for singing and dancing, which brought joy to those around them. Their talents were shared with many as they entertained and brought light to any room they entered.

Unathi will be remembered for their kindness, compassion, and vibrant spirit. They touched the lives of all who knew them and will be deeply missed by their family, friends, and community.
