Valeni Ofa’anga Tapaatua, age 61, reunited with the Lord on April 29, 2024. She was born on March 30, 1963 to Lemeki Nafetalai Hosea and Ana Tupou Hosea. She was an active member of Laumalie Ma'oni'oni FWCT with a personality and smile that would light up a room. Her love for the Lord passed down to all those she loved dearly. Her laughter brought joy and her love for her family and friends never went unnoticed, leaving a legacy that's extraordinary.
She is survived by her three daughters: Ungatea Uhila (Sosaia), Liliani and Ana. Six grandkids: Melepusiaki, Pa'ungata, Irie, Alisi, Kauvaka and Salome. Siblings: Mele Kafoa (Taani), Viliami Hosea (Malia) and Fane Hafoka (Saulala). Also by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sione Kauvaka Tupou Kapetaua, and her son, Pita Tupou Kapetaua.
Funeral services will be held at Laumalie Ma'oni'oni FWCT (3650 W 4400 S WVC,UT 84120) on May 12, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.
