Valerie Michelle Lockhart was born November 4, 1986 to Trisha and James Lockhart. She was the 2nd oldest of 5. Valerie was a bright, kind hearted and ambitious spirit. She always surrounded herself around family and close friends. Her favorite thing to do outside of spending time with her daughter Chloe was to go fishing with her father James. Valerie leaves behind her daughter Chloe, her parents Trisha and James Lockhart, her brother Antwon(De’Vante) her sister Michelle(Kevin) her brother Tyrese and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Valerie was a strong individual and her favorite saying was your can never succedd in live my swimming with one foot on land and one foot in the water.
