Valgene "Val" M. Horsey, 90, a 52-year resident of Pasadena, and formerly of the Elkridge/Catonsville area, died on November 29, 2016. She was born on November 21, 1926, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Jean P. and Anna Fuller. Val graduated from Catonsville Senior High in 1942. Mrs. Horsey worked as a bookkeeper for various businesses in the Pasadena area. Her hobbies included fishing, crocheting and knitting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Fuller, and her sister, Mollie B. Schofield. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Norman Horsey, her sons, William T. Jahnigen and his wife, Lynda, of Pasadena; Michael R. Jahnigen, of DE; Timothy J. Jahnigen and his wife, Josephine, of Davidsonville, and Patrick F. Jahnigen, of Pasadena, her daughter, Sharron Geisler, of Edgewater, her brother, Joseph "Ronnie Fuller," of FL/Glen Burnie, and her sister, Isla Merchant, of Federalsburg; 18 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. Friends may call on Thursday, from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A., where funeral services will be held on Friday, at 2:00 PM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
