Venessa Thomas, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 21, 2024 in Decatur, Alabama. She was born on July 22, 1974 to James L Smith and Ethel D Smith.
Venessa is survived by her two children, Kearia Leshae Elizabeth Lockhart and Jamie Anderson, as well as her grandchildren. She was a graduate of Valley High School and continued her studies at the University of Alabama.
Venessa had a passion for her Motorcycle Club and spent many happy hours on the open road with her fellow riders. She will be remembered for her adventurous spirit and infectious laughter.
On her last day, Venessa gathered her family around her to say goodbye, and her daughter Kearia made the difficult decision to let her go. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
