Vernon E Harper JR, 30, passed on May 14, 2021. He lost his during a senseless and heartless shooting in SW Atlanta . He was born to Vernon Harper SR and Sabrina Humphrey in Evanston, Illinois on April 08, 1991.

Vernon graduated from Southeast high school in 2009. He relocated to Atlanta in 2016 and started his music label Dred Gang Music and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
