Don't cry for me, I'm not gone away,
Deep in your heart, I'm here to stay.
Gone too soon, is what most would say,
I'm not hurting anymore, & I like it that way.
I know that I will be greatly missed,
Think of all the good times and reminisce.
It feels so good to see my boy again,
I'm even up here with a few of my friends.
So today, as you lay me to rest,
Just know I'm up here with all the best.
The love I gave will always be around,
Smile for me, don't want to see frowns.
For I am at peace, can't you see?
My great spirit, laughter & love will always be.
