Hart, VickyVicky Lynn (Grindberg) Hart, 71, Oshkosh, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. She was born on July 22, 1945 in Minot, ND to the late Victor and LaVina (Krumwiede)Grindberg. She grew up on a farm on the Mouse River outside Velva, North Dakota. She attended Mimer, a one-room school house, through the 8th grade (her mother taught there for one of those years). She graduated from Velva High School in 1963. She then attended Minot State College before marrying Francis Hart on December 21, 1964. After marriage, they moved to Kansas and then Green Bay, Wisconsin where she lived for most of her adult life. Vicky graduated from the University of Green Bay in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration and eventually settled into a successful career in the transportation industry. She proudly worked at JJ Keller & Associates as an Editor for 25 years before retiring in 2014. Her passions in life were many. She loved her family and friends deeply and fiercely. She was a role model of independence, strength and determination as she raised and protected her daughters and grand-daughters. She saw, reflected and brought out the best in those whose lives she touched. She also loved travel and camping (especially with family) and was always up for an adventure. She loved to see new places and sights, seeing the beauty and awe in small things as she explored. She also enjoyed music, dancing and a good bonfire at the end of the day. She was a voracious and avid reader of books; and loved to share a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine with her friends. Vicky also deeply loved her cats.She is survived by her children, Kristine (Dennis DeGroot) Hart and Kathleen (Buck) Tilton; her grandchildren, Jacqueline (Nate Schroedel) Jensen, Samantha (James Schneider) Vinesett, Kaylee Stutzman, BaoXin Tilton and Zachary Tilton; her great-grandchildren, Tyler Jensen, Jacob Schroedel, and Victoria Schneider; her sisters, Cheryl (Ossie) Vinesett and Cindy Culbertson; her brother, Barry (Anna) Grindberg; and many beloved nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.In addition to her parents, Victor and LaVina Grindberg, she was preceded in death by her dear friend, Paula DuTour.Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1024 Shawano Ave, from 11:30 until the time of funeral service at 1:30 with Rev.
