Victoria Wilson was born to Herman and Ernestine Wilson on June 22, 1955 in Chicago, IL. Victoria was raised on the Southside of chicago where she attended Crispus Attus grammar school and Phillips High School. At the age of 16 Victoria joined in marriage to her firsr husband Willie Jones. From that marriage was born two children. Victoria went on to work at Red Cross. During this time she added to her family having two more children. Later, while working at Lawrence Fisheries she met the love of her life Curtis Davis who she joined in marriage. Together they raised their blended family until Curtis death in 2018. 

Victoria was called home to be with the Lord on the morning of October 12, 2019 with her family by her side. Victoria leaves to cherish her memory her children: Kiwame Wilson (Tanya), Renee Jones, Broderick Wilkins ( Erika), Kimberly Survillion, Seneca Speight and Arteste Jones. 21 Grandchildren (3 preceded in death), Brothers: Robert Wilson, Malik Wilson, Michael Wilson, Sisters: Rita Wilson, Yvonne Michael ( Preceded in death) Michelle Wilson and Anseine Wilson. With a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.
