Victoria Mana Abla Glipko, also known as Da Mana, was born on July 1, 1954, to Ghanaian parents Yaw Glikpo and Dawuamade Kofitrokpa.Of the five sisters in her family, she was the fourth child. At Ave Dakpa R/C, Victoria Mana Abla Glikpo began her basic education in 1957. She resumed her schooling at Presby School in September 1959 when the family moved to the Eastern part of Ghana, kede in the year 1958. Later, they relocated to Hohoe, Fodome Amele in the Volta region of Ghana. In 1960, she continued her schooling at Fodome Amele R/C Primary School.
