Victoria M. Trujillo, of Las Tusas passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. She was born on June 9, 1941, to the union of Alfredo Mascareñas and Antonia Leger Mascareñas.She was united in marriage to Venancio Trujillo on May 27, 1961. Victoria is preceded in death by her parents, and mother and father-in-law, Alberto and Lucianita Trujillo; son-in-law, David Gallegos and nephew, Alfred Mascareñas.She is survived by her husband, Venancio of the family home; children, Mark (fiancé Charlene) of Las Vegas, Natalie Gallegos of Mora, Evelyn (Mike) of Las Vegas, and Daryl (Darlene) of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Nicole, Mia, Derek, Shannon, Amber, Brandon, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Joey, Xavier, Malachi, Dante, Chloe, Kaylyn, Isaia and Caleb; brothers, John Mascareñas (Josie) of Las Tusas, Gilbert Mascareñas (JoAnn) of Brighton, Colo.; sister, Ellen Vigil (Ray) of Denver, Colo.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Elvira Sena of Las Vegas, Daniel Trujillo of Las Vegas, Avelina Montoya (Manuel) of Lakewood, Colo., Rufina Ortega of Las Vegas and Rudolph Trujillo (Diane) of San Leandro, Calif. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services for Victoria will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church as follows: Rosary services will be held at 7 p.m., Friday. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m., Saturday. Interment will follow the mass at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Cemetery in Sapello.Serving as honorary pallbearers are: Marvin Mascareñas, Steven Mascareñas, David Vigil, Carlos Montoya, Sandy Sena, Johnny Trujillo; all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; niece, Lucy Martinez; nephew, Michael Trujillo and her God-children.Visit
