Voigt, VidasVidas E. Voigt, age 79, of Neenah, died on Monday, January 30, at Cherry Meadows. She was born on January 15, 1938, in Marion, WI. On July 2, 1960, Vi married Harland Voigt in Michigan. Vi was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in the Town of Clayton. She enjoyed fishing, playing spoons, and attending polka services at churches all over the area. Vi is survived by her husband of 56 years, Harland; two brothers, Charles and Lloyd Genskow; a brother-in-law, Clifford(Diane)Voigt, DePere; two sisters-in-law, Jeanette(Bruce)Werschem, Kaukauna and Lora Voigt, Fremont; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-law, William Voigt. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11AM at Immaunuel Lutheran Church, 3703 Fairview Rd., Neenah. Rev. Paul Meier will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, from 9:30 AM until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established.
