We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Vincent Allen, who was born on September 6, 1968 in Fort Ryley, Kansas. Vincent sadly passed away on May 21, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and love.
Vincent was a dedicated owner at Allens Service and Appliance, with his wife. where he always found a way to make even the most mundane tasks entertaining. His employee will never forget his quick wit and infectious smile.
When he wasn't at work, Vincent could often be found indulging in his favorite hobby of junking metals. He had a unique talent for turning discarded items into cash, much to the dismay, of his family and friends.
Despite his saying you can make money outta anything, Vincent was a devoted husband to Carrie Allen, whom he married in July 4 2019 And had been Together since sept. Of 1996 they raised six children: Falica, Lanna, Vincent III, Timothy, Dan, and Trevor. His 23 grandchildren brought him endless joy and endless chaos, as he loved to spoil them rotten with his signature Dad jokes and endless supply of snacks. Family was everything to him and he left behind a legacy of not in the form of a business, but in the way he taught his children to be men and the life lessons that came along with becoming a man. And showed our girls the kinda man they should want in a husband one that works and loves his family and takes care of and always puts his family first. And no matter what he was doing whether making a hundred thousand a year or48,000 he never forgot where he came from. Vince and his wife enjoyed cooking together and seeing people smile and enjoy good food. They were soulmates and through the yrs. And all the ups and downs there love for each other helped them to overcome any obstacle that tried to come between them. We as his family will always keep his name alive. He is dearly missed and will never be forgotten.
On that fateful day in May, Vincent's heart simply couldn't keep up with his boundless energy and zest for life. While we mourn the loss of such a larger-than-life personality, and great man let us also remember the countless memories he has left behind and the impact he had on all of our lives.
Rest in peace, Vincent. May your junkyard in the sky be filled with only the finest treasures.
