Vincent Joseph Bologna, 90, of Follansbee, W.Va., passed away at 8:35 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017, in his residence. He was born on September 9, 1926, in Penowa. He was a son of Gesido and Assunta Tulle Bologna. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee. He worked at Bologna Coal and Pepsi-Cola Roadhouse, Burgettstown. He served proudly in the
U.S. Navy Reserve. Most of all, Mr. Bologna enjoyed spending time with his family, especially all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a great-grandson, Troy; two brothers, Joseph and Anthony "Tony" Bologna; and a sister, Rose Marie "Honey" Friday. Surviving are his loving wife, Evelyn R. Rotellini Bologna of Follansbee; two children, Joseph "Joe" (Maggie) Bologna of Burgettstown and Josie (Ralph) Urso of Colliers, W.Va.; nine grandchildren, Loriann Voss, Joseph Bologna, Vincent (Kylee) Bologna, Christina (Tom) Agzigian, Ashlee Henry, Frank (Holly) Urso, Vincent (fiancée Darlene) Urso, Randy Urso and Lori Ujvari; 12 great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Brianna, Luciano, Gabriella, Maleena, Emilee, Austin, Luke, Evan, Lauren, Kristen and Kelsey; two brothers, Lou and Raymond Bologna; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. in James Funeral Home, Follansbee, 304-527-1717, where a funeral will commence at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 31. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1017 Jefferson Street, Follansbee, with Father Thomas R. Gallagher presiding.
