Virginia Singh, age 80, passed away peacefully in Bellingham on December 7, 2016. She was born on July 18, 1936 in Jerome, AZ. Virginia was predeceased by her husband Ram Singh. She is survived by her five children, Terry Perez, Ron (Rose) Singh, Ram (Cindy) Singh, Jr, David (Sharon) Singh and Rick Singh-Johal, sisters Banty (Mike) DeBere and Santie Williams, 10 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
