THREE RIVERS, Mich. — Virginia 'Ginny' Geneva, 95, of Three Rivers and formerly of Howe, Indiana, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at Riverview Manor in Three Rivers. She was born on April 14, 1919, in West Independence, Ohio, to Rev. Harvey and Gladys (Hemminger) Fruth. She married John F. Geneva Sr. on Nov. 14, 1975. He preceded her in death on Aug. 22, 1999. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Gilchrist of LaGrange, Indiana; a son, Larry Snyder of Angola, Indiana; a brother, John (Dian) Fruth of Munster, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Patti Fruth of Peru, Indiana; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Donald Fruth; and a son-in-law, Jack Gilchrist. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
