Virginia was a devoted spouse to Dawson Chambers, whom she married in year 33, and a loving mother to her three children, Jennie (Becky) Twigg, Christopher Davis, and Kattie Byrd with spouse Danny Byrd. She was also a doting grandmother to her seven grandchildren.

Virginia had a passion for fishing and enjoyed spending time by the water, surrounded by nature. She found solace in the peacefulness of the outdoors and cherished the moments spent with her loved ones.
