Virginia M. Jackson was born on February 19, 1946 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Mr. Rubin Lee and Susie Mae Johnson who have preceded her in death. Virginia attended school in Alamogordo, New Mexico where she continued to live until November 5, 2017, when God said, my child you have fought a good fight, you have kept the faith, you have finished your course, come on home. Through it all, she kept her faith and God brought her through.She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Anthony Johnson of Houston, TX and Howard Jackson (Christy) of Henderson, NV, three daughters, Felicia Jackson of Alamogordo, NM, Pamela Johnson of Alamogordo, NM, and Melissa Hedrick of Houston, TX.One brother, Lawrence Johnson (Carolyn) of Alamogordo, NM, three sisters, Regina Wright (Robert) of Krum, TX, Arlene Gibson (George) of Denton, TX, Darlene Johnson of Alamogordo, NM, six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren including our angels Davon and Hezekiah, six nieces, two nephews and a host of relatives and friends.ServicesMonday, November 13, 2017Viewing: 9:00 am Service: 10:00 am Hamilton O'Dell Funeral Home 1334 N. To the Jackson's Family. I hope this scripture brings you comfort. 1 Corinthians 15:26- The Bible say, and the last enemy death, is to be brought to nothing. It breaks into our lives with irresistible force, often when we are completely unprepared, and it robs us of those we hold dear. None of us are immune to its ravage. But knowing that death will be brought to nothing by God gives us hope
