Retired CM SGT. Wallace Gene Hall, 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 from cardio complications. Wallace was born on October 1, 1930 in Clovis, New Mexico to Howie Porter and Minneola Hall. Gene served in the US Air Force from 1950 - 1976 he retired as a CM SGT. Gene married Neoma Wayne on May 24, 1994. Gene is survived by his wife Neoma of Yuma; four step-children; brothers, Roy (Beverly) Hall of Chandler, Arizona, Benjamin (Rosily) Hall of Roseville, California; sisters, Joanne (Ralph) Stallings of Citrus Heights, California, Shirley Dean of California. Gene was preceded in death by his parents Howie Porter and Minneola Hall; sister, Eva McGurie; brother, James Ken Hall. A wake will be held in Yuma during the fall.
