It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wanda Gilbert, who peacefully left this world on July 2, 2019 in Savanna, Georgia. She was born on April 8, 1970 to Richard and Rhonda Gilbert.

Wanda is survived by her loving daughter Cassidy Gilbert and son-in-law Jeremy Wells. She adored her two grandchildren. Wanda attended Union Local High School and graduated in 1988. She worked as a cashier at Publix and was dedicated to serving her community through her involvement in the VFW organization.

Wanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She had a passion for spending time with her grandchildren and making memories with her loved ones. Wanda's kind heart, warm smile, and compassionate nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Rest in peace, Wanda Gilbert. You will forever be in our hearts.
