Wanda L. RobesNaples, FLWanda L. Robes 88 of Naples, FL passed peacefully Thursday March 16, 2017 at Arbor Glen at Arbor Trace. She was born on July 15, 1928 in Newark, OH the daughter of the late John B. Latimore and Edith Rose John Latimore. Wanda moved to Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs, FL from Columbus, OH back in June of 1989. She worked as a mortgage banker for Huntington Bank. She was a long-time member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Naples and volunteered at the St. John's Thrift Shop for many years. Wanda was an avid golfer and bridge player. She will be missed by many friends at Spanish Wells Country Club and Arbor Trace.Surviving are her son John C. Nickell of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; granddaughter Amy Nickell of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; step daughter Nancy (Les) McCoy of Anahola, HI; step son Paul (Donna) Robes of Gahanna, OH; step grandchildren Ryan McCoy, Scott McCoy, Katie Gartin and Adam Hickernell; step greatgrandchildren Georgia, Maia and Benjamin. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth H. Robes.A memorial service will be held Thursday June 15, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at St. John's Episcopal Church, Naples, with Reverend Joseph E. Maiocco III, officiating.
