AUBURN — Warren G. Morin, 74, of Auburn, Indiana, died Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Presence Sacred Heart Home in Avilla, Indiana. Mr. Warren was born on July 13, 1940, in Athol, Massachusetts, to Alfred J. and Anna (Robinson) Morin. Warren was lovingly known by children and adults of the Nappanee Bus Ministry as "Crazy Cowboy." He worked at Essex Wire in Ligonier, Indiana, as an industrial engineer, Nappanee Window Shop in Nappanee, Indiana, and was also the owner of Warren's Window Corral. He attended both Indian Village Church of God in Auburn and First Church of God in LaGrange. On November 22, 1961, in Lomita, California, he married Nanita K. Appleman; she survives in Auburn. Also surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Beth and Jim Tuholski of LaPorte, Indiana, and Rebecca and Ben Sill of League City, Texas; a son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Debra Morin of Cooper City, Florida; five grandsons; three great-grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law Carol Pace of Winchendon, Massachusetts, and Jenny and David Eldridge of Rose Hill, Virginia; and three brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Mary Morin of Asheville, North Carolina, Roy and Judy Morin of Golden Valley, Arizona, and David and Judy Morin of Monks Corner, South Carolina. His parents; a grandson, Jason Tuholski; two sisters, Eleanor Thomas and Sandy Belden; and two brothers, Alfred J. Morin Jr. and Clarence Morin; preceded him in death. A memorial service will take place on Friday, March 13, 2015, at 3 p.m. at the First Church of God of LaGrange, 777 N. Detroit St., LaGrange, Indiana. The Rev. David Stackhouse will officiate the services. Burial will follow the service at East Springfield Cemetery in rural LaGrange, Indiana. Visitation will take place on Friday from 1 p.m. until the service time at 3 p.m. at the church.
