Whilomenia Bennett, of Ashburn, Georgia, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2024, at the age of 86.

She was born on March 3, 1938, to George and Maude Lewis. Whilomenia was the beloved wife of Jonathan Bennett, whom she married 60 years ago. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Monique and Dana.

Whilomenia dedicated her life to education, serving as a first grade teacher for many years. She had a passion for helping children learn and grow, and her impact on her students was immeasurable.

Whilomenia will be dearly missed by all who knew her, including her six grandchildren. Her kind heart, infectious laughter, and zest for life will forever be remembered.

Although she may be gone, Whilomenia's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
