Wilbert was born January 01, 1965. .He was the son of Wilbert Dallas Jr and Emelda Gilyard.His mother worked for the Amtrak and his father worked for chemical plants in Texas .Wilbert Dallas went to school at George Washington Caver. Wilbert was a loving father and grandfather. Wilbert Dallas leaves to cherish his son Wilbert Dallas IV, his daughter Arriona Dallas(New Orleans) his sister Melinda Dallas (New Orleans) , Shalitha Smith( New Orleans),Sabrina Johnson( Baton Rouge),Victoria Harness (Jayess,Ms) and Latoria Harness (Jayess, Ms). He was proceeded in death by his father Wilbert Dallas Jr. and his sister Shalitha Smith.
