Wilbert G. MusserCHILLICOTHE: Wilbert G. Musser, 96, of Chillicothe, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2017 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center after an extended illness. He was born on August 18, 1921, in New Berlin, PA, the son of the late Lamont and Hilda (Geise) Musser.Wilbert is survived by his children, Alan (Patricia) Musser, of Hillsboro, Thomas (Myra) Musser, of Wheeling, WV, and Ginny (Bill) Brown, of Kingston; seven grandchildren, Shawna, Jay, Chad, Cara, Alison, Angeline, and Matthew; and eight great-grandchildren, Kendall, Briella, Arlington, Addelynn, Emerson, Courtland, Jayce, and J.J. Wilbert was also preceded in death by his loving wife whom he missed dearly, Ann E. (Eaton) Musser. Wilbert proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Core during
WWII. He served in the European Theatre and was a mechanic on B-17 bombers. Wilbert worked for the Federal Prison System as a Lieutenant and was known for his excellent woodworking and carpentry skills. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Mt.
