He was the co-owner of a body building gym at Elmwood Plaza before moving to Las Vegas Nevada in 1981 with his wife and children. There, he worked in the auto sales industry as finance manager for Courtesy Pontiac until his retirement in 2001. Bill’s greatest passion in life was his family. He was our protector when we were children, instilling the importance of family in each of us. Each time we spoke he said "I love you. I'm praying for you and your children. Please give them my love". He retold our childhood stories over and over, able to recall every detail. He spoke to every stranger he met, making each fell like his friend. Bill was always happy to hear your voice, each of us knew we were important to him. He cherished those that he loved and taught us to cherish one another. He encouraged us to forgive and to hold on tight to the love we have. Bill will forever be loved by those he left behind. He is survived by daughter Tammy Rath, of Pilot Point, Texas. Son, Wilbert T.
