In 1957, William married the love of his life, Ruby D Spencer, and together they raised five children: Nannette Hart, Sharlene Hart, Iris Hart, Vernon Hart, and Cornelius Hart.

William graduated from N/A High School and went on to have a successful career working at several cement companies. He retired in 2000 after many years of hard work and dedication.

William is survived by his loving wife, five children, and four grandchildren. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and dedication to his family.

Rest in peace, William Spencer. You will be greatly missed.
