William Lee Hilts, 52, passed on March 26, 2023. She was born to Lousy l Hilts and Marshia Jenn Dickson in Albany, New York on June 18, 1970.
She married Toya jay Hilts in 1989 and they lived together in Albany, New York. Together they raised 4 children Quanmel t Dickson (Kelly d Dickson), Shaquaila h Dickson-Jackson (Jeff c Jackson), Shenasie m Dickson - Anderson (John j Anderson), Melua s Dickson (Tasshawna l Dickson ). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
William graduated from Albany High School in 1987 and received a degree from the UAlbany community college in 2000.
William worked at Nursing/RN until he retired in 2029 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. She also volunteered at the Firefighter in 2005.
