On May 21, 2024, the world lost a truly remarkable individual, William Mulder, of Lexington, Kentucky. Born on March 5, 1958, William lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure.
William was a devoted father to his three children and a beloved spouse. His children, Ashauntia Blair, William, and Eric, were the light of his life. He was also a loving grandfather to five grandchildren, whom he adored beyond measure.
William was a graduate of Woodford Co High School, where he excelled academically and socially. After graduating in 1977, he went on to pursue his passion for softball, coaching and mentoring young players with dedication and enthusiasm.
Despite facing many challenges in life, William always remained resilient and optimistic. His unwavering strength and courage inspired all who knew him. He faced his battle with cancer with grace and dignity, never losing his sense of humor or kindness.
William Mulder leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and perseverance. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory be a blessing and may his spirit live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
