Monday, April 29th, 2019, another angel gained his wings.  William Popp, son of Herbert Popp and Jackie Smith, left us with his memories, laughter, and smiles.  He is survived by his Wife, Katelyn Popp, his Brother and Sister, his sons, Logan, Emerson, and Jack, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Memorial services will be held at Bland and Tucker Funeral Homes, in Petersburg Virginia Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm.
