William \"Bill\" Catchings Jr., 69, a resident of St. Francisville, LA, died on Thursday, January 14, 2021. There will be a visitation at the St. Francisville United Methodist Church on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, from 10:00 am until funeral services at 12:00 noon, conducted by Rev. Daniel Hixon. Burial will be at Star Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sue Sanders Catchings, and three step-brothers: Jimmie Randall and wife Mary Catherine; Rory Randall and wife Debra,Grandchildren Brian demelle Thompson ; and Charlie Thompson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Julie Bergeron Catchings; father William Henry Catchings Sr.; step-mother Fern Randall Catchings; and step-brother Albin \"Putt\" Randall. He loved to express himself through his photography. Bill was a committed and very active member of the St. Francisville United Methodist Church. Donations to the church can be made in lieu of flowers.
