ALBION — William R. "Bill" Dailey, 62, formerly of Albion, died on Thursday, March 24, 2016 in Florence, Kentucky. He was born on Nov. 9, 1953 in Huntington to the late Jimmy and Ruth (Krumanaker) Dailey. He graduated from Central Noble High School and was a truck driver for Jasper Construction for many years. He loved fishing, and was a talented musician. "He was an honest, faithful, and loving man who touched the hearts of all that knew him." He is survived by son, James R. Dailey of Fort Wayne; daughters, Micah L. (Craig) Palmer of Florence, Kentucky, Emily J. Dailey of Fort Wayne and Frances G. Dailey of New Haven. Also surviving is a brother, Jim Dailey of Antwerp, Ohio; sisters, Charlene (Brian) Meadows of Wolf Lake, Laura (Mark) Hursey of Ligonier and Annie (Ed) Allen of Hamilton; and grandchildren, Luke, Chloe, and Samuel Palmer. His loving dog Ruby also survives. The funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion, with visitation from noon until the service time.
