William E Echols was born on September 29, 1954 in Tiplersville, MS to the late Ancil Earl Echols and Ethel "Rucker' Echols. The Lord quietly called him home on April 22, 2023.
He resided in Tunica, MS and attended Melrose High School. Later he pursued a career at a Furniture Factory until his ailing health. He enjoyed making miniature furniture. Some of the miniature furniture he crafted was for doll houses. Furniture companies would pursue some of his doll houses furniture styles to resemble regular sized furniture.
His interests included watching old movies, working on cars, and spending time with family. He also loved his pit bull dogs as they were his passion and extension of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ancil Earl Echols and Ethel "Rucker" Echols; brother, Otis Echols; grandson, Jrake Stinson; and daughter, Lawanda Edgeston.
His life will forever be cherished by his wife by his wife, Mae Wanda Edgeston- Echols; seven sons, William Echols Jr, Devlin Echols, Joshua Echols, Javard Edgeston, Jarvis Edgeston, Marquette Boyd, and Javon Edgeston; daughter, Sonya (Robert) Garner; three sisters, Carolyn Echols, Donna Echols, Laura (Kenneth) McKenzie; three brothers, Billy (Jessie) Echols, Jimmie (Brenda) Echols, Douglas Echols; host of devoted grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
