We are gathered here today to bid farewell to William Welch, who passed away on August 10, 2024, in Lula, Georgia, at the age of 61. Born on June 3, 1963, William was the son of William and Mattie Welch.

William leaves behind his partner Pauline Martinez, their five children Jennifer, Christina, Jason, Jorden, and Georgia, and five grandchildren. Although we won't mention the grandchildren by name, we know they brought him great joy.

William spent his days working as a mechanic, always ready to fix whatever was broken. In his free time, he loved racing cars and casting his line into the water to reel in a big catch.

Unfortunately, William's love for fast cars and heart-thumping adventures caught up to him, leading to his untimely passing from a heart attack.

Let us remember William Welch not for the way he left this world, but for the way he filled our lives with laughter and love. Rest in peace, William, and may you continue to race through the skies above.
