William "Bill" Kliebe PebblesWilliam "Bill" Kliebe Pebbles passed away on November 14th, 2016 at 2:45pm while being comforted by his family. Bill was born on August 27, 1946 in Green Brook Township, New Jersey to Dorothy Kliebe Pebbles and Jared Herbert Pebbles. In his early years, Bill found his talents as a musician in band and wind instruments. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam war which would provide skills for the rest of his career in telecommunications throughout his life. The pinnacle of his career landed in Memphis, TN owning a large cable construction company. It could be said that his true passion was always cooking which he was able to fulfill opening Y-Knot Stop in Colorado where he socialized, cooked, and made people smile. His favorite past times were socializing with friends, playing golf, coaching sports and being an excellent story teller. For those who knew him, Bill had a passion for women and had many loves throughout his life. Bill enjoyed passing on his skill set and experiences with others. He spent his last year at Brookdale Assisted living where he taught cooking classes and started a women's choir group.Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jerry. Papa Bill is survived by his daughter Sandra Lee Pebbles (Gray-Tutsis) his son Dustin Pebbles and wife Crystal Pebbles and his four grandchildren, Matthew Gray, Stephanie Gray, Canyon Pebbles and Beckam Pebbles. Services for Bill will be held graveside at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 23rd 2016 at 2:30pm.
