William "Bill" Jenkins III, of Lilburn, Georgia, passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 60.
Born on July 23, 1963, to Betty and Bob Jenkins, Bill was known for his quick wit, infectious laughter, and love of practical jokes. He brought joy and laughter to all who knew him, especially his devoted partner, Rita Davis, whom he met in 2005. Together, they parented two wonderful children, Derek Davis, who is married to Sierra, and Drew Davis.
Bill was a proud graduate of Duluth High School and went on to become the owner of Jenkins Electric, where he dazzled customers with his electrical expertise and charming personality. He was known for his love of fishing, golfing, and telling tall tales about the one that got away.
Despite his penchant for mischief, Bill had a heart of gold and would do anything for his family and friends. His legacy will live on through his loved ones, including his mother, Betty Jenkins and twin sister, Elizabeth Burnam (Robert), godson Bryan Macko and his precious grandchild, Margot Davis
Bill was predeceased in death by his father, William Robert Jenkins, Jr., nephew, Brandon Macko, paternal grandparents, William Robert Jenkins, Sr. and Ethel, maternal grandparents Vernon and Edna Williams.
Living Relatives: (sisters) Judy Hughes (Jeff), Jayne Madigan (Jim), Janet Macko (Perry), (brother) Joseph Jenkins (Paige), (nephews) Chas Berry, Adam Parker, Joseph Jenkins Jr. and Bryson Jenkins, (nieces) Ashlee Hough, Sara Sexton, Shauna Warbington (great nephews) Chase Berry, Logan Zaragoza, Charlie Hough, Jameson Warbington,(great nieces) Haley Berry, Aubree Sexton, Avery Sexton and Caroline Warbington. Lots of beloved aunts, uncles and cousins around the world.
Rest in peace, Bill. We know you're up in heaven with Brandon, pulling pranks on the angels and keeping the laughter alive. You will be dearly missed.
