WILLIAM "HOOVER" ROBERTS DEMOTTE, IN William "Hoover" Roberts, age 83 of DeMotte passed away November 2, 2016. He was born on November 18, 1932 to the late Fate and Etta Roberts in Dora, Alabama. He married the love of his life Anita Lynn on September 21, 1953 in Columbus, Mississippi. Hoover retired from Ford Motor Company after 31 years of service. He loved fishing, his dog Bailey, and his children. Hoover was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Lynn Roberts. He is survived by three daughters: Renita Huppenthal, Janice (Jack) Lord, Liz (Sue) Roberts; son, Richard Roberts; three grandchildren: Karen, Robyn, and Jamie; six great- grandchildren; one special niece, Donna and many other nieces and nephews. Per Hoover's wishes there will be no funeral services. Memorials may be made to Franciscan Home Hospice, of Rensselaer, IN.
